BossReflections LLC Creative Direction Service Description and Policy

At BossReflections LLC, we provide comprehensive Creative Direction services designed to enhance your brand’s visual and marketing impact. Our services are tailored to ensure a cohesive and compelling presentation that aligns with your vision and business goals.

Service Options:

Creative Direction:
This service includes a meticulously designed mood board, aesthetic guidance, pose suggestions, and recommended wording for marketing materials. All curated content will be conveniently provided via Pinterest or Instagram links for seamless access and implementation.

Creative Direction + Photoshoot Direction:
Includes all elements of the Creative Direction package, plus hands-on guidance during your photoshoot for up to two hours. Each additional hour is available for $50.00. Our expertise ensures that your shoot aligns with the creative vision, capturing the perfect moments.

Photoshoot Availability:

• Available Monday through Thursday from 9AM - 4PM.

• Friday and Saturday bookings incur a $100 up charge, billed via invoice.

• Sunday shoots are available by special request only, with a $150 up charge for sessions between 11 AM - 4 PM.

Booking and Scheduling:

• Upon placing your order, you will receive a link to schedule a mandatory Zoom call within 7 business days to discuss project details, finalize logistics, and confirm dates and locations.

• Turnaround time for Creative Direction services is 7-10 business days. Business days are Tuesday through Friday. BossReflections LLC is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, all major holidays, and on 07/23—these do not count toward the turnaround time.

• If selecting the Photoshoot Direction add-on, the shoot must be scheduled within 31 business days from the order date.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• All orders are non-refundable.

• The mandatory Zoom call must be scheduled within 7 business days of booking.

• Failure to schedule within this timeframe may result in cancellation without a refund.

Additional Charges:

• Photoshoots scheduled on a Friday or Saturday will incur a $150 up charge, invoiced separately.

• Sunday photoshoots (available by email request only) will have a $180 up charge.

• Additional charges apply for shoot locations outside of our base location, Fort Worth, TX.
