POLICY

Payment

Full payment must be made before the project is begun.

Once a payment has been made, all sales are final. By booking, the client agrees to the NO REFUND policy.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the services offered BossReflections LLC does not provide refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  ALL PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. If by chance you choose to cancel your order, then it becomes forfeited by the client, the design process will come to a stop, and your order will be sent as is. At no time will anything be reimbursed. If there is an issue that arises on BossReflections LLC end, a decision on a refund will be at our discretion.

Turnaround Time

The turnaround time on each project may vary depending on your selected service(s). Turnaround times only apply on Business days (Mon-Fri). Please allow 2-7 business days for your design to be completed.


Please consider applying a rush fee to your order if your deadline is within or before the turnaround time. Packages, suites, and website designs may require 2-3 business weeks to complete.

After all of the required information has been given, your turnaround time will begin the next business day.

Onboarding

After purchasing and filling out the new client booking inquiry form, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. Please inform us if you need extra time to gather your information or have any additional questions or concerns. 

Information must be submitted through email before the design process is begun. Be sure to proofread wording, this is very crucial; your design will be word for word of what you’ve emailed and submitted.

Revisions & Drafts

There is a minimum of (3) revisions allowed on each design; included logos, logo suites, and website designs. Extra revisions will be an additional $15/ each. 

With services such as logos, you may be sent a set of designs to choose from. You may only select ONE design to move forward with. If you would like more than one of the drafts, it will be the same price of the selected service. If you would like an additional draft, there is a $30 extra draft fee which must be paid before the draft is made (regular turnaround applies).

Revisions take 1-3 business days to complete. We allow 72 hr response time; no response will result in an automatic finalization of the revised design. 

Client understands that after receiving the final copy of their design that there will be NO additional changes. If they would like to, they will be charged for the price of a new design.

Updates

You will receive consistent updates throughout the design process. Please refrain from spamming the designer asking for updates, understand that we have other clients to take care of and will be getting back to you in a timely manner. Updates are sent during business days and hours. 

If you are impatient, please consider adding a rush fee to your order. We are open to answer any of your questions, just send us an email; we will get back to you within 48hrs. 

Forms of communication will be by email or phone number (occasionally).

Within 72 hours of no contact/reply, this will result in automatic finalization and you will be sent the final draft.

Ghosting & Restarting

If the client does not complete our “Client Intake Form” and submit all other information required to complete the design within 30 BUSINESS DAYS, then the order will be terminated and will result in a $50 restart fee. If a design is purchased and worked on and the client does not finalize designs within 30 BUSINESS DAYS after being sent, there will be a $50 restart fee

Finalized Files

Design files are sent over in formats ranging between PDF, PNG, and JPG. Final designs are sent, there will be an additional $30 fee for us to go in and make any additional adjustments.

Additional

It is strongly suggested if you have a specific deadline or would like your design completed quickly to add a rush fee to your order. A rush fee turnaround time is 24-48 hours and is non-refundable. 

BOSSREFLECTIONS LLC does NOT design for others to sell the design to another. (Ex: X books a logo design from BOSS REFLECTIONS to sell it to Y as their own work). This does not include custom designs for brand usage.
